For the price it was an excellent deal. Was a tad disappointed in the fact it had GLASS on the box, but the Glass was actually acrylic plastic. It did come with everything you need and more though. Lots of double sided tape and velcro and other accessories to help do it. The insert is a sturdy inverted foam box so it's easy to do the box outside of the frame. Then you simply slide the box over the box and viola.. done. Pretty straight forward. This was my first shadow box I had done for myself and took less than 2 hours.I purchased two large shadow boxes and two smaller ones for two projects. They are nice quality and arrived well packed and in good shape. But there was nothing but the frames in three of the boxes -- no pins, corners, hanging hardware, etc. -- as well as no literature about how to use the boxes, etc. There was no hanging wire in any of the boxes, though the product sheet in the last box (of course!) seemed to indicate there should be. That last box contained an assortment of ... not sure what, but they appear related to pinning or hanging. As a first-time shadow-box maker, I could have used some help. Even more importantly, I could have used all of the parts, and in each box, with some indication of what they are for and how to use them. In the end, this product was disappointing because I feel like there were more creative opportunities that were not at all explained. And we had to get our own hanging loops and wire. Not cool.Got my shadow box today, It was packaged well and nothing broke or was damaged. It is a nice size isnt too heavy and looks nice but its kind of cheaply made not really worth $92 in my opinion but i will keep it cause there is not much to pick from out there and for the size i needed.Very nicely done frame and it looks great right out of the package. I did have to contact customer service as the plexiglass was damaged and they replaced it immediately.The depth of about two inches was perfect for an Eagle scout uniform and merit badge sash, along with all of the merit badge university patches! Worked exceedingly well.I’m going to keep it because of the particular size I need, but I’m sorely disappointed in the quality. The entire box is just foam board and paper - it’s already showing buckling in the back, so I don’t feel confident in how long it will even hold the ceramic tiles I want to display. Worst of all, the box has scotch tape holding all the corners together?!? It won’t show when the box is together but it suggests lack of care or quality on the part of the makers.High quality frames. Well packaged.There’s lots of frames out there but this one goes the extra mile. Includes mounting and use hardware. Acrylic “glass” is perfect for a child’s room in particular. Love it!
